FACETS OF INQUIRY

(a Q&A grouping)

Compiler's note: This Department is the current one running in THEOSOPHY magazine (of the "Nine Groupings" that the section it's in on the "Additional Articles" index page contains). It began with the January/February 1999 issue. So far (25) articles were published, and I have finished scanning and proofreading them all. They have been scanned from a total of 161 pages in the magazine, which is an average of 6.4 pages per article.

All of the articles have the same Department name; there are no main sub-titles. But there is a clear and dependable format that I can use. They each start with a question by the editors, along with their introductory commentary on the subject, which is followed by answers from different students of theosophy, each under a different heading. So to try and be helpful to the reader, who might want to come back, or point to, or provide the link to, any particular article on this index page, I'm providing the initial question and the headings of the answers by the students next to the link to each article, so that it is easy to look over this Index page and find a particular article whenever desired and/or necessary.

Compiler's Note: There is no article for May/June. Why? After I did the article in the May/June issue, and posted it, I started (a few hours later) to do the one in the July/August issue, and found it to be the same. So I proofread the July/August version against the May/June version that I did, and found that the editors had made some changes. Compiler's note: The 26th article, which I assume will be in the Spring 2004 issue, will be next. I will scan, proofread, and post it here once it's published and I receive my hard copy in the mail. I received my Winter 2003-2004 issue on April 8th [I received it very late only because it got lost in the mail and they had to send me another one when I finally told them about it], so three months from then will be July 8th [of course it will probably be nearer to a date in the middle of May if the postal system works OK, as it usually does], using this as an approximate date of reference as to when I will receive the next issue of THEOSOPHY magazine. Meanwhile, here's the link to the location on the "Additional" articles Index page where you can see the "Nine Groupings of Articles" that I'm currently working on, little by little, which this 9th grouping is in. You will see a link to each grouping's index page, a notation of how many articles are currently finished in each one, as well as a notation showing you the particular department that I'm presently working in. When the approximate May date comes around, if you see that the next article has already been done, number 26, but you don't see it when you come here, all you have to do is click on your system's Reload or Refresh button in order to bring this page up to date.
